Shipping Policy:

At Green Genius, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping services. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping policies.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently only ship within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Shipping Methods: We usea courier broker to provide the fastest low cost courier solutions. We do not ship via AusPost.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are a flat rate system based or order value.
    • $0-$200 = $20 shipping
    • $200-$500 = $10 shipping
    • >$500 = Free Shipping
  • Exclusions to these tiers are BULKY items which can only collected from the warehouse or shipped by arrangement.
  • Shipping Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times will depend on your shipping location and the shipping method used. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Brisbane and surrounding areas: 1-2 business days
  • Other areas in Queensland: 2-4 business days
  • Other states and territories: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays or issues with your order.

  1. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the relevant courier's website.

  2. Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

  3. Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you fail to collect your package from the post office or courier within the specified timeframe, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your own expense.
